The provider list comes from Google — we are using their automated list of place names to ask you to choose from their list.
We are aware that it has some faults in it. If you can’t find your provider, please let us know specifics in the “comment” box.
Incidentally, while the Google Places automated service that we are using has some faults, it mirrors another problem in health care: Many of the provider lists are out of date in health care – there are a lot of mergers and acquisitions and so on.
