Persistent, thoughtful reporter wanted for quasi-investigative project.

We’re looking for a good reporter/researcher to follow a concentrated line of reporting at clearhealthcosts.com, where we’re bringing transparency to the health-care marketplace.

Need-to-have: persistence, analytical thinking, familiarity with financial matters, legal affairs or some similar field; strong communications skills.

Nice-to-have: previous investigative experience; database skills; FOIA experience and Pacer helpful; knowledge of health-care system optional.

10 hours/week for 2 months. Flexible hours. Pay commensurate with experience.
